W "Weather in Alabama can be unpredictable - and one of the main reasons brides may reserve a tent for their wedding. Tents may be fully enclosed and heated or cooled to keep your guests comfortable throughout your event. Tents also provide shade relief from the intense Alabama sun. Location is another factor. A lot of families own beautiful pieces of property or homes with gorgeous landscaped yards, and tents help turn outdoor space into an event space. "If you are hosting an outdoor wedding you should include a tent in your rain plan from the beginning. All tent companies will have different policies for rain plans. Most will require a deposit to hold the tent for your specifc date and require confrmation fve to seven days before your event date. If it's been raining, cold or extremely hot the week before your wedding, you may want to reserve your tent as soon as possible. If you wait until the day before your wedding, and many companies may be sold out or you may run out of time to have one set up.
