116 The FlashBar Photo Co. the f lashbar photo co. Gone are the days of disposable cameras on wedding reception tables longing for guests to snap the animated photos every bride adores. Wedding photo booths have evolved in massive ways from the early 2000s and The FlashBar rocks the idea of a traditional photo booth like we've never seen. Luxury Photo Booth Born from an idea of owner Bradley Dixon, The FlashBar is an exception to the rule of photo booths as you may know them. In creating the most beloved experience for his brides, Bradley knew that his challenge was two-fold. His brides desired instant, share-worthy portraits that reflected their refined style, and an experience that effortlessly mingled with the charm and beauty of their reception celebration. He describes his creative approach as having a dual focus of both photography and entertainment best described as "poppy portraits that are beautifully magnetic and everything but traditional." And it's not just the photos that get all of the attention. With an array of booth styles, a FlashBar booth is intentionally designed to display tastefully at your celebration. The FlashBar experience is inspired by wedding trends around the globe and Bradley ensures that each reservation fits cohesively within a bride's dream reception. In addition, brides adore Bradley's collection of backdrops, and he facilitates set designs that are sure to allure even the shyest of guests. Even though you'll hear Bradley suggest a prop-less experience, if a bride chooses to include his bespoke props, he carefully creates pieces that are perfectly reflective of the couple and bring out the most animated poses. "We have the unique opportunity of shining a bright light on the elements our brides have chosen and this makes the process relaxed and not at all stressful." Depending on the scope of the reservation, Bradley and his team generally need a 10x10 space for all of The FlashBar happenings with a quick set up prior to the arrival of guests. The FlashBar is best suited for indoors, but on occasion, a venue's outdoor atmosphere is simply too beautiful not to FlashBar where the party is. The FlashBar team is regularly asked how many people can fit into a photo at one time. Bradley jokingly advises that it all depends on how cozy you want to get with your friends and family. Depending on the type of booth reserved, guests can access their photos immediately on their mobile device and print onsite to have as a cherished keepsake. "Once reserved, our creation process is delightfully easy for our clients. Acknowledging that brides have numerous decisions to make, we leverage those already-made decisions as inspiration."
