35 A A Catering: A Catered Affair. Floral Design & Planner: Jackie Frontiero - Dana's Floral Design. Photography: Nick Frontiero Photography. Boys Day Out The guys need their chance to celebrate too! Just because bachelor parties have a history of debauchery doesn't mean the evening can't begin with a bit of class. Jackie Frontiero of Dana's Floral Design has assembled a cool, but masculine display of cigars, craft beer selections and fresh-from-the-grill bites. The Plan "I really wanted to keep it cohesive within a Southern style that portrayed a classy yet charming event. My goal was to pull in warmth with moss balls, small river rocks and succulents mixed with textured trays, wooden plateaus and platters for a dynamic visual. The menu is meant to be pleasing to a more casual atmosphere, providing an easy appetizer-style meal. Of course, a craft beer tasting and Cuban cigars paired with whiskey shots are always a fun addition to any bachelor party. The best advice I could give about being in charge of this event is to have one person in control that handles every aspect. Typically, for a bachelor party I think its best to have your Best Man do most of the planning and the groomsmen can pitch in fnancially." - Jackie Frontiero, Dana's Floral Design Craft beers can be specially selected by your caterer to pair well with the menu. Here, venison roll-ups stuffed with jalepeno and feta cheese are great with a Yeti Imperial Stout. With Tipsy Jamiacan jerk chicken and Kobe beef sliders, one may suggest Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale.
