83 A W W hat sets them apart? A proud display of Core Values. You can sum up a person or business best by the core values they use to guide their paths along the way. Stork proudly displays her company's core values on her website, and they are a worthwhile read: Family, Community, Creativity, Customer Service, Teamwork, Shopping Local, Growth, and Hospitality. Sounds like a winning combination! She is steady at the wheel. In a recent online interview, Stork was asked if she had a superpower, what would it be. Her answer: a calm steadiness. When emotions run high and a million details must come together to culminate a life-changing event, it's easy to lose your cool. How reassuring it is, then, to be able to rely on someone who keeps her composure intact while making things happen. Keeping clients in the loop in Real Time. "We use a series of processes and online systems to keep our clients in the loop and make the planning process as seamless as possible," says Stork. "To have the planning at their fingertips is really important to me. We are all busy and on the go and we make sure our clients have the proper tools to see all the behind the scenes stuff we are taking care of for them in real time." Customized planning document packets. "We produce these for the production end of the event and they are extremely detailed," says Stork. "By over-communicating with clients and our vendor team, we ensure that we have every single detail accounted for. This allows the bride to rest assured that she can just sit back on the day of her wedding and enjoy being the bride." Biography: Eight years ago, Ashley Stork was a bride-to-be using the services of I Do, I Do! Wedding Planning to plan her own wedding to her college sweetheart. Stork soon discovered a passion for the planning process. So much so, in fact, that after her wedding day had passed, Stork returned to I Do, I Do! Wedding Planning to come onboard as an assistant and learn the in's and out's of the industry. Six years later, Stork purchased I Do, I Do Wedding Planning and became Owner and Executive Planner of the company. Stork works alongside a team of helpers that include an associate planner, a customer concierge and a graphic designer. Their mission is to deliver a heartfelt and celebrated experience in which Stork uses an organized, go-getter style approach to pull every last wedding detail together. photography: jennifer woodbery photography location: the create studio
